I've worked at many auto plants in my life. Stamping plants, foundries, the Cleveland Engine Plant, and several final assembly plants. They're amazing places. If you have some damaged sheet metal, then show it to your dealer. They'll take care of it.
Do you want to get the pic before or after Cinco's growth spurt? I just popped into D&S to talk to Anthony about taking some of my loot. ?
I've been BeeBopping around NE Ohio in that Ranger since Jan 2nd, 2019. She knows her way around pretty good.
I'm on my 5th Ranger. This was my first. An '89 w/ a 4 banger, a 5 gear handshaker, 60psi in the rear tires, and over a ton of topsoil. She was a good little workhorse. ?
Took the plate and bracket off before I put her away for the night on June 30th. Looks much better. I wasn't going to drive with it on one minute longer than I had to. ?
Keep as much of the load as you can in front of the rear axle. I'm going with a removable rack on mine for longer stuff and/or using a trailer. This is my 5th Ranger I've had as a personal truck, and I've hauled ridiculous loads in them. LOL
I did heavy rigging and set machinery for a few...
Tossed a set of Raptor Lights from Custom Auto Works in the grill last night. Pulled her out this morning while it's still froggy out to take a pic. Nice, well thought out kit. Easy install.
506 days, almost 25,000 miles and still smiling. Best vehicle I've ever owned. Lots of fun, and a solid work horse too. Buying some new presents for her the next couple weeks.
#BuiltFordTough ???
If you like the look of it, then do it. The performance gains over just putting the K&N in the OE Ford Box is going to be almost nil. The Roush Box is cool looking though.
