I've got just over 3,200 miles on my 4x4 Lariat. It rides like a truck, which I like. Otherwise I would have bought the girly, unibody sawed-off Pilot that Honda calls a Ridgeline "truck".
I worked for all of the Big Three US automakers as a Union Millwright off and on for 30 years. All 3 had rules about foreign cars parking out back. That's not enforced as much as it used to be. Good for the Michigan Assembly Plant. :)
The one getting sent to Auto Nation was almost identical to what I had ordered, so I told my dude Earl that when it comes in, I'm taking it home.
It rolled off the truck, got detailed and was put on the showroom floor. Earl sent me a pic and I drove it home that night.
Thanks Earl!
This is the engine in my truck that I got on January 3rd.
Made in Cleveland Engine Plant. I worked there several times, so that makes me pretty happy.
Built Ford Tough.
Took it from Cleveland, OH to Lake Chautauqua in NY the first weekend and got 22.2 MPG. Mostly freeway, but we putzed around the lake quite a bit too. I plan on dragging my Street Glide around with it on vacations, so I'm pretty happy with the MPG. Great powertrain too.
We've been getting hit pretty good in the snow belt East of Cleveland on Lake Erie. Got about 1,400 miles on the new Ranger and it's a tank in the snow. Great truck.
