It's way more work to disassemble the fronts and re-use the old spring and you will have nagging regrets of not getting new ones in while you did all the work. At least get fresh springs to assemble into new front shocks if you are trying to save $ over pre-assembled coilovers.

That's how it reads now, in past years they specifically said not to add it to the engine side because people slather the red shit on too much. A light coating on the dirty side is all it needs, it will soak through and be red both sides if you let it sit as the instructions also say.

Do it! mine is also a Dexter EZ Lube. It really is a piece of cake to flush and regrease the hubs. Look up the axle user manual. This axle is also water submersible for water crossings if it matters to you.
