Stopped by and kicked the tires on a new Badlands package today. It had the 4 banger with the 6 speed manual. Overall I really liked it. Not so much the color, nor the 15k over book. For sure I'll buy a new Bronco, but I'll wait until these mature and the dealerships drop the markup. They didn't...
That's what I'm saying, not like this watered down piss we have here. Alot of people haven't been out of the states and have no idea. I've had some of the best beer in the world when I was in the Navy. All except Egypt, crap was horrible.
Well when you get tired of that frozen tundra this winter, just be like any other snow bird and come on down here to Florida and I'll take ya off road, lol. But you bring the beer!!
My apologies Charly, Mr Pride and I didn't mean to hijack your thread, lol. But yeah I doubt that your rubbing the tires back there doing donuts in the mud. Post up some pics so we can see what your talking about. Some of us may have seen this before?
Lol, wasn't intentional. I was off road with my adult son's in a caravan of their trucks. Nissan frontier 4x4 and my old tacoma 4x4. I was the lead truck and we were on a single pig trail road that had some water in the ruts from a recent hurricane that came through a few days before. When I...
Looks Awesome!! I wonder how much heat soak you will get from this? Hopefully it doesn't build too much temp sitting in traffic on a hot summer day. However, I do know about high water forging. Have to clean my stock box every time.
Nope, not even from this monster flex position. I'm running a slightly larger tire than you @ 295/70/17 with a -12 offset wheel. I'm off road just about every other weekend. I wonder if you picked up some debris that created your impact? I do get the occasional kick up of larger sticks, branches...
Agreed. I solved my issue of power loss when passing traffic with the peddle pushed through the floor board to pass. Truck would fall on it's face and lose all power to the point that I couldn't pass. Same issue on my 2014 F150 eco. On both of my trucks it was excessive condensation from the...
Glad I could help with your issue. However, if you decide to go any larger on your tires you will for sure have to remove both the front and rears. You'll have to check out what I had to do for 295 70 17's.
Just loosen the two bolts, shove the bar as far as it will go towards the front bumper. Tighten the bolts and this should give you a little more clearance. However, you will rub with the bars in place if you take this off road or flex the suspension. Take them off or up grade would be the best...
Yeah, I have always shot it outside, better ventilation, lol. Just don't do it on a windy or hot sunny day in direct sunlight. Here is what it looks like when you peel it off. This came off my side mirror glass. No need to waste the tape on those when it's just easy to peel those.
Heck yeah, when I was racing my Stangs when I lived near Dallas I avoided the water box like a dang ?!! Best advice ever with steet tires. Nothing like blowing tires off in the first 10 foot and not make it to the 60 and your already in 4th gear... bawaaa ask me how I know, lol. I miss those days!!
Yeah I agree with the flares in the camo green. The wife likes the new version though, so we're split on that. However, at the end of the day it's all about keeping those pin stripes out of the original clear.
I sure wished Ford would pay attention and offer this color in the future along with...
I dipped the Ranger again last weekend. Finally getting around to uploading the pics. This year I dipped the Bushwacker Flares Black and added a layer of dip coat to see if I can knock down some of the red clay staining the dip. The dip coat spray certainly changed the feel and texture of the...
If your going to use it long term then I would recommend the primer levels of dip. However, for me the dip coat is a temp level for several months and then I peel it for the spring and summer use. The first year I used one gallon of black as a base just for a simple tack level followed by the 3...
