First time since I’ve owned my 2019 Ranger that I got an email from Ford saying that I have an update to install. Great I thought, thinking maybe this time while scanning for updates that it won’t just time out, wrong. Once again no success after several attempts. Oh well.

GasBuddy helps me but local Thornton stations have been beating his prices. I would think GasBuddy would be beneficial on a trip. Tie a debit card to it for their discount.

At 42k I consistently get 20mpg and calculating mileage is within 3-5 tenths of the trucks computer. 90% city. edit; burning the lowest cost regular I can find with a performance tune. I’ve noticed no difference in mpg’s or performance between the tune and running stock, no ping either.

Thanks. I was looking at a SmartCap but one like yours looks a lot more classy. Ceiling height is 37” on the SmartCap so the extra 1” is a plus too.
