Every time the Gov sticks their paws into our pockets to “help the People” someone gets screwed and someone gets rich. Been that way since S.S..
We are so far off the intended path of governments role its depressing.
There, I’m done.
I’m sure you have read that both Ford and GM raised their prices on EV’s accordingly so it’s essentially a subsidy for big corporations.
As usual, once the gov meddles in the free market, or anything, they make matters worse.
GM did the same.
Perfect example of what happens when governments say only the rich corporations will be taxed. The “rich” just compensates by raising prices on their goods. Applies to taxes as well.
As mentioned it does seem every form of business these days concerning customer service has no idea what it is or lacks the manpower.
My truck sat on the lot 10 days before they rolled it in for warranty work, (AC) and the part was in stock.
Many of my concerns were brushed off with threatening...
Might have thrown the weights off.
I get mine balanced every 5K and mark the location of the weights
I also remove the weights and clean the wheels each time before I take it in for rebalancing.
I’ve noticed weights missing more than once. If properly cleaned the stick-on weights usually stay...

A whole thread about this EGR part “fixing” things.

No talk of a faulty fuel injector or bad coil?
Any difference in Sport mode?
Sorry about you dealer experience, seems that’s pretty common.
Good luck.
No, the new one made no difference.
My issue is tolerable but a new truck this day and age should be stumble and stall free.
My last visit at the dealer I was told “it’s a truck” not a luxury car.
The aftermarket tune helps.
Mine was a lot worse when new and always thought bad gas was my problem, but it did take a long time to clear up. That or a faulty fuel injector, which some were reporting on back in 2019.
I still have a rough spot between 1500-2000 and flat spot/stall if I step on it.
Runs better with a tune.
These loops keep the hose clamps open. Once fitted on the steel pipes of your truck, twist these loops off and the hose clamps, clamp, securing the hose.
Yes, remove after installation.
Per thread “Bucking/Surging Epidemic”.
I have a used EGR valve with 39k miles on it that I replaced with a new one.
Swapping this part out had no effect on the drivability of my truck.
What most people are experiencing sounded worse than my issue which is more of a stall or flat spot when...
Ok, swapping mine out didn’t make a difference. Granted I wouldn’t call my issue bucking or surging. Mine is a more of a miss/stumble around 1500-2000rpm an a occasional flat/stall at this rpm.
I’m convinced it’s the programming of the stock tune and lugging this 10speed tranny.
Mine runs much...
Use some type of pliers to open the clamps, move them up the hose so they’re not re-clamped on the metal tube. Or cut the clamp off with a dremel tool.
Grab the hose with pliers and twist the hose to “unstick” it from the metal tube. Should then pull off easily.
Took me 20 minutes maybe to replace.
+1 That’s as cheap as you’ll find it.
Just my luck too, I ordered one off eBay last week because my dealer was out of stock and it was a few dollars cheaper from a eBay Ford dealer in FL.
Not sure if this fix my stall but I’m going to give it a try.
