Thinking out loud. To prevent resetting couldn’t you use a couple of long jumper wires and hook up to the existing battery terminals and to the new battery. Disconnect old battery install new one, remove jumpers? Or use a 9volt with the same procedure?

Got two warnings today on my screen about powering down to save battery. 2019 with 60k, pretty good for the stock battery IMO. Better start shopping I guess.

I’m very happy with my ARE, rides better and a whole lot quieter. I will say it’s not water tight between the cab but it doesn’t bother me.

6/2019 with 57k miles. ASS disabled early on and since 2020 its driven 12 miles daily or further. Kept outside under a carport so we’ll see if it makes it through this winter.

I probably should have acted on this and will also probably jinx myself but my 2019 with 57k miles is still on the factory battery. I credit its longevity to disabling the A.S.S. around 15k. :)

Well, you can blow a head gasket and not have coolant in the oil but if you crack a cylinder…..

Do you have coolant mixed with oil or rather in the crankcase?

Mine vibrates at 80mph and shutters when braking. Vibrations had always been there (56k miles now) but at 75mph, added a topper (7/23) and they moved up to 80mph and that’s when the brake shuttering started. I’m assuming that little bit of drive shaft angle may be the cause. When mine was new I...

I use a Ram mount under the seat and attached a holster to it. Easy to grasp being under my leg and not obvious to anyone be me.

Might look up turbo threads and YouTube videos for this engine and decide if the turbo filter/oil strainer should be part of your schedule. A brake fluid flush around 50k or at brake pad replacement would be a good idea too., especially if you tow.

Didn’t take long, diesel back up over Regular. News reports say look forward to increases this week as the heat wreaks havoc on refineries plus OPEC cutting output.
