I upgraded to Eibach’s to get it level.
We got 3 vehicles, wife’s Subaru my Ranger and a 97 BMW M3 that’s been in the family for years. I tried to talk the wife into a more luxurious road car or SUV but she wasn’t interested.

If you look at how much you're actually paying for your truck (including interest) it may make you sick or you may not care but you are far from getting your moneys worth out of it. With your warranty and options to extend ($) it would probably be wise to keep it.
