Ok, this thread should now be closed. This is one of the most toxic topics in online vehicle forums. You can't go wrong with 87, but use 93 if you want to inflate the oil industry's bottom line. Like I said, I do, but I also have an EV to offset the costs. :)
In reality, you'll only get better fuel economy with premium if it has a lower ethanol content. There have been way too many studies on this to even begin to doubt it. But the internet is going to be the internet. :)
I mainly use 93, because in my mind it ages better than 87. I have 7,500 miles on my almost 3 year old Ranger. That said, I have never seen any noticeable difference in fuel economy or performance when using 87. I'm not tuned, so there really isn't a need for it.

Much more expensive if you're in FL. I just ran two quick quotes. One for FL and one for IL. I'm just showing the IL quotes, but the FL rates are the ones they show crossed off.
You're better off putting the money in the bank and using it for any repairs, if needed. If I took that advice years ago, I would be a much richer person. :)
