Intake off of my '21 Tremor. Was on the truck for 50k miles, it is a little dirty and some of the paint has flaked off of the shroud and has some surface rust. Pick-up in Cleveland, OH area preferred but will ship at buyers expense. $150 $100
In the cluster menu you can toggle between adaptive and standard cruise. If you toggle to standard cruise does the truck still complain about the lack of sensor? I assume it will but I would try that first as it is easy.
I agree, I have looked for one before but no one has tried it or makes one. I unfortunately doubt we will ever see one with how the EPA has cracked down on companies selling egr/cat/dpf deletes.
Absolutely, more information is always good. The new connectors for the license plate lights should be here sometime this week hopefully and I will update here once I get those wired in and working.
But I just want to say the amount of help both of you have provided to me is incredible and I hugely appreciate it ? If either of you pass through Cleveland I owe you a beer haha
Okay so I think the connector confusion comes from the fact that my pictures are taken with me sitting under the truck, with the axle to my back looking out towards the rear of the truck. I tried to color code what you can see in the picture to what is in the diagram and please let me know if it...
I will clarify on connector location and such as asked above, after I go clean up and eat. The backup camera still didn't work after the wiring fix but it was the only code left. Swapped out to the new camera and it worked even without the module calibration. It was missing the guide lines but...
No boating here, but I have done some deep-ish water crossings which I assume is what did it. Still sucks if I ruin the harness on my Tremor if I use it like a Tremor.
Splice found, not where it says it is on the connector diagram. Regardless, I think we found our culprit. Not sure how water got through the electrical tape, through the plastic harness wrap, through the heat shrink, and ruined this splice, but it did.
Also for anyone else who finds their...
Struggling to find the splice, no surprise there... Wasn't sure if either of you had any more detailed location info. According to the connector locations linked above, S410 should be just outboard of G402 and C433, but I don't see any splices. There are some brown and yellow wires but they are...
Additional update; C4483/84 both have resistance in the M Ohms (3-4M Ohms) between their pin#12 and C408 pin#26. I ran a jumper straight from pin#26 to my meter to rule out any doubt of resistance being caused by a poor grounding point.
Is C411 the connector right before the harness goes into the tailgate? If so mine looks physically like the one above but only has 8 spots, 7 of which are populated. Using the numbering system above my connector would have pins 1-4 and then 5,6, and 8. I am currently going to do the continuity...
