I would just get that RT97 from Retevis. They will configure it for you before shipping if you ask them to. Put a good antenna on the roof of the truck and you should be good.

I rarely go past half tank without filling up. Just a routine i've gotten used to years ago. I think once I did get to 10 miles to empty while on a road trip. That's the lowest i've ever gone.
