I’ve posted plenty of pictures and have voiced how happy I am with my sliders. I just noticed they’re live on the site so I wanted to point that out for any interested in picking up a set.

Looks like they also have the super cab option listed. I also saw on their newsletter that they have a sale going on through Friday for 10% off with code “SUMMERSALE” in case you guys didn't sign up for the newsletter.

I ordered my set over two weeks ago and haven’t received any updates from Shrockworks. Has anyone else that placed any order have any updates?

Thank you, that’s exactly the info I was hoping for.

Just got my bill of lading (shipping invoice) forwarded from Shrockworks. I placed my order on 8/22/19, so it took about 3 weeks for mine to ship (granted I was probably one of the first orders). It is coming via RoadRunner Transportation directly to my house. Excited to get them on the truck. Let’s hope RoadRunner is better than ABS freight, I got my DiamondBack HD cover delivered with forklift damage by them, they’re awful.

Shrockworks sliders were delivered this morning, so exactly 4 weeks from my initial order. They came remarkably well packed and the quality of the sliders is absolutely TOP NOTCH; probably the most sturdy part of the truck. I would venture a guess to say the side-impact safety of the truck just increased tremendously. They are also quite heavy, the shipping label says 210lbs, but I would say that’s off because each slider weighs at least 110lbs. But fortunately that doesn’t make this a 2-man job, the sliders balance perfectly on a hydraulic jack (see picture) so they were very easy to put into position for install. I would dare say that they were fun to install, everything just mounted up perfectly without and issue. One of the backer plates, driver’s side front had to mounted at 45 degree angle because of the wiring harness attached near that area of the frame. The “stick nuts” they give you to put the nuts in position inside the box frame do the job very nicely. I have zero complaints, they will undoubtedly protect the vehicle, they function well as steps, and they look fantastic. Pics of them installed coming, I need to wash my truck first.

Not a bad price for sliders. Are they robust enough to actually act as a slider or are they just a step.

They look very well made and at 110lbs/each I would say they're going to be robust enough.:)

If my truck didn't already come with factory steps I'd be all over these although I'm spending money like a drunken sailor lately! :piggybank:
