One of my employees had this same Ranger but in metallic green. He drove it up until just a couple years ago doing nothing but general maintenance, those were pretty much bullet proof. The only reason he got rid of it was because he needed a larger truck and bought an F150.

That's cool! It reminds me of the blue supercab 4x4 Ranger EDGE that I had. Gotta love the chrome on that, it works!

The F150 was bigger inside and he wanted more room there. Plus he got a good deal on one (end of the year) and he's not one who really shops around. He goes to one local dealer and finds what he needs there. Me, I'll travel all over if it's worth saving a few grand.

I flew to the Black Hills, South Dakota to pickup my 1993 Miata LE. Broke it in on the trip back to North Carolina. A long ride through the back roads with the top down. Still own it too! 67K miles on it. It's my weekend and Blue Ridge Parkway car!

When my '19 Ranger was totaled I flew up to Spokane,WA to get my Tremor. It was right when they finished production of the 5G and were in transition to the new 6G Ranger and I didn't want the new 6G. I did a search from coast to coast and there wasn't many that fit my criteria (fully loaded Lariat) that didn't have stupid ADM's added to them. Luckily this one was just built, still available and en route to the dealer who was selling it for msrp with no dealer add ons either.

We made a nice quick trip (2 days) out of it and would've liked to have taken our time driving back to AZ but we already had a 5 week road trip planned (with the Ranger) and only had 10 days to get back and put all the parts I took off my '19 back on it. lol They were great to deal with and there was no BS once there. They picked us up at the airport and had everything ready to go and we were in/out in under an hour. I would definitely use them again.

That is remarkably impressive customer service! Back in 1993, the dealer picked me up at the airport as well. All negotiations were handle by phone before I left. And there were no surprises when I arrived.

I'm doing a bit of work on my Ranger right now in preparation for a 1500 mile 5 day round trip.

I actually raised my battery SOC to 100% several weeks ago and have been monitoring it very closely. The battery now stays above 95% charge after a week of idle time! Took it out today to see where I was. 95% - drove the truck 15 miles and parked it at 98%. I'm a happy camper! I watched both my charge voltage and amperage drop as the battery closed in on 100% charge.

Probably runs as good as it looks too. Those things never die, I still see them all beat up with lawn gear on them or overloaded with pallets and such lol I hope but doubt my Ranger will last that long lol
