Just received my new freezer/fridge for truck camping. I’m done with ice! Have a small solar generator and solar panel on the way by same company. Ratings were really good for this cheap 23qt version. Going to get a seat belt extension an strap it in that way. With seat back it won’t go anywhere anyway.

Gotta wait 12 hours to ops check it…because refrigerant in transit. When truck is running it will be in the ac plug in console and hooked to solar generator when truck is off.
I've done similar, though I haven't tried solar(portable power stations).

Edit: I edited the original post, but I'm told Ford Performance showed limited stock of those exhaust & that was 3 weeks ago.

2019-2023 RANGER 2.3L FORD PERFORMANCE SPORT EXHAUST SYSTEM - SIDE EXIT WITH DUAL BLACK-CHROME TIPS| Part Details for M-5200-RA23SB | Ford Performance Parts

M-5200-RA23SB_B.jpg

New MSRP $500, couldn't pass it up.

**Edit: I should note vendor said Ford Performance showed limited stock & that was 3 weeks ago!
And of course it’s not allowed in California … CARB compliance wasn’t paid for by FP…
(Can’t wait for CARB to be went through and dismantled.).
$500 for a rebranded Borla exhaust is a pretty sweet deal…

I started off simple since I just got my ranger yesterday. Replaced the stock antenna with a small stubby antenna. Makes it look a little more sleek. ?
Good choice.

Got my tow hook! Now to find time to install. My RAS suspension should be coming in the mail as well tomorrow.
Only one tow hook because they are 200 each! Have not found aftermarket yet.

That is about 1/2 price of the Borla one which I have. Killer deal. I really like the sound compared to stock.

Got a few sets of brackets to cut up. I'm trying to run dual light pods on each A-pillar. I'm probably going with the side-by-side setup since my light fixtures match up perfectly. If you know anyone that wants Ditch Light Mounting Brackets for an F-150 or a Bronco,,, I've got a set for each vehicle for sale. I'll finish mocking it up tonight. I have an appointment Tuesday morning to get the wiring installed. I know my limits.

I got this! Now to tow something really heavy, 7k or 7500 pounds! See how they work.

You will love em....doesn't add any "harshness" when running solo, but a huge difference when towing, more so with a heavy hitch weight. Aside from a lot more stability, they totally get rid of any "porpoising" you get when towing. Been running them now for 3 years now and would not give them up.
Additionally, look into a set of "Blue" Sumo bump stops.....a bit pricy but also well worth it...

This came today. Got it on Amazon when they had their sale....$150 shipped. OE battery still showing good, but it's 4 years old. Figured to have this on hand if/when it goes "DUMP".
Couple of towing trips coming up, so I'll probably install it before hitting the road...

It's even in the Stone color

This is a Roadwire leather interior (Roadwire is owned by Katzkin).

I was waffling between this one and a Katzkin interior in the color Ice Gray.

Pictures on the internet don't represent color too well, and this seller accepted returns so I took a chance on the interior labeled as Stone. Thinking I would return it if it didn't match and then try the Katzkin Ice Gray interior.

This one is a Great color match. Very happy with the color.

So why did I decide to install leather when I was perfectly fine with the cloth?

Because of a chocolate chip. A very expensive chocolate chip it turns out.

I was eating a Costco breakfast granola bar in my truck.

Unbeknownst to me, a demon-possessed chocolate chip leapt off the bar and onto the seat where I didn't see it.

It was a cool morning so the seat heaters were on. The Thermonuclear Ranger Seat Heaters.

When I got out of the truck my seat looked like a charcoal painting by Picasso.

I cleaned it several times and succeeded in getting the chocolate out while also making several differing areas of color on the seat.

Drove me crazy.

So I got the leather.

Now to try my hand at DIY installation.

Wish me luck!

Oh man that’s the worst chocolate chip ever. Will you be doing any progress pictures?
