Fun in the Mud and Woods

Had a blast yesterday taking my Lariat out to the OHV Trails in northern Minnesota and got it nice and muddy for the first time. I am so loving this truck! Can’t wait to get the level lift and some good mud tires installed, but was still buckets of fun as it is!

Looks like you had a good time! I can’t handle getting my Ranger muddy yet... it’ll be easier once winter comes as it’ll be filthy anyway.

Be sure to spray the bottom real good... everything. Old, dried mud tends to cause problems down the road.

Very nice! Where did you end up going? I live in Northern Minnesota (Duluth area) and have been wanting to get out and do some mild off-roading with mine.

Also, I've always been intrigued by the little rack thing at the front of the bed (I don't know what it's actually called). Any thoughts on that thing? Pros/cons?

We went to the Spider Lake ohv trails and park north of Brainerd. Ever been there before but now can’t wait to get back.

The rack is called a chase rack and it is the base on which my off-road led light bar is attached. I also loved how it looks so am glad to have it. My dealer had already installed both the rack and light bar on this truck when it was on his lot so it came that way for me.

I've been to Spider Lake once so far. Love it. But Appleton, MN OHV park is much better. I went there today, and stayed at a hotel nearby. Going back tomorrow with a group. If you're looking for something to do this Sunday the 13th.

Went again today to Appleton this time met up with a group called MN Trail Lizards. They're all way modified. I was one of two stock trucks out there, that's it. I could just watch them as entertainment. Would love to get the Rangers together. I should be heading to Spider Lake next weekend the 19th.

Well yes in fact I do!! They say “BRUIZER”. The dealer messed up the plate transfer so at first I had regular plates until the paperwork was done.

Mine’s the one with the tire track graphics along the sides and hood stripes (both newer additions). Here’s a few pics! Surely both add at least 15hp!

I’ve not yet seen any other new Rangers in the wild in our area so you should get yours soon

Yep that's you! I keep spotting you around Round Lake on Country Road 9/Round Lake Blvd. Today or was 5:05pm. About the same time last Monday as well. I immediately notice the chase rack and the graphics. Noticed the plate today and had to be you. Haha nice truck!

What tint % is that? I need tint too. I usually always tint my vehicles right away but haven't gotten to it on this one

How did those tires do? I'm continuously trying to convince myself to keep my perfectly good stock tires but I can't help but shop around for larger ones.

Just get the new tires,you'll be glad you did. You can sell the stock ones and re-coup some of the price so the hit isn't so bad. But then you'll want a level kit and wheels so it really never ends!

Just trying to help you spend your money lol Lucky (for my bank account) I still can't find a wheel I really like or I'm sure they'd already be installed by now.
