I’ve been perusing the forums regarding tire size for the past 3 weeks or so, getting different opinions and answers on nearly everything related to wheel/tire size. I have a 2021 Ranger Supercab 4WD with 3 inch leveling kit, stock 17” sport rims, and I want to get 285/70/r17 Falken Wildpeak A/T3 tires with an offset that is flush/if not barely sticking out. Would it rub without removing crash bars? Is there any recommendations any of you would have before I pull the trigger on em? Won’t buy til I hear from yall, I trust you guys more than I’d trust the guy at Les Schwab (for better or worse)

I run 285/75r17 on my truck, so… I’ve got the width you want. I run 1” wheel spacers and I’m flush with the fenders. You’ll either need 1” spacers or a +25 offset wheel to get in line with the fenders.
As for rubbing, you should be okay with the wheel spacers, but will run without them. The front crash bars are easy to take out, if you choose.

@Nopalito - are your crash bars still on? And what size tire did you end up going with?

That’s exactly what I wanted to know, thank you very much. I just need to get the 1” spacers bc I don’t want to have to get new wheels on top of new tires. Now I just need to find out if the 285/70/r17 will fit with the stock sport rims

This is my 2021 tremor crew with 2" level. Tires are 285/70/17. Wheels have 14mm offset. The tires are outside the fender well about 1.5 inches. I replaced the front and rear crash bars.

Good tires. I put them on my truck a year ago and couldn’t be happier with them.

You probably will need a spacer to clear the spindles. My stock wheels wouldn't clear, that's why I went 0 offset.

Read the thread because it mentioned a SuperCab with a lift that I wanted to see, but it's not here for some misleading reason... sadly... (and people wonder why I have trust issues ?)
