Not answering the phone when I call, not calling me after providing my number by email, not calling back when I leave a message...
Par for the course. They're super friendly and awesomely helpful people but the phone responsiveness has always been lacking IMO.
I'm sure they're slammed this time of year but frankly,it's every time I call... for anything. I just keep calling till I get somebody, whatevs.

Be careful, there's a fine line between helpful and nuisance.
I like their products and any time I've dealt with any of them on the phone they've been nothing but polite, super helpful and great to deal with.
However, it's been my experience getting connected on the phone can be a challenge. I don't know the reasons behind that as I'm not a fly on the wall of their shop.
It can be frustrating from the consumer side, though.

FYI it sounds like they might be rounding the bend around like 7-8 peeps, keep it going, couple more and the 5G gets some sweet sweet RCI slider goodness

Bumpin this, grab a set of these if you need em boys
Food for thought, I looked at a set of the Raptor style running boards, if you get them set up with the Rhino liner they run about $800 bucks and they only mount to the rocker panel.
That's what made me stop. That's most of the way to a set of genuine sliders that run around $1200-1400.
RCI is offering these for basically the same price and you can lift the entire vehicle with em and protect your doors and rockers.

Are they still doing the $850 for the first run? If so I’m interested in the deposit. Local to CO and been hoping they would do some Ranger sliders for some time now.
