Thats their national dish for all their holidays.
Instead of a regular Thanksgiving Holiday Meal, they all get a heaping helping of Poutine !!!

It was quite good, and I'm not even that big a fan of the whole "pumpkin spice" thing. The funny part is that she loves to bake cakes, but she doesn't actually like eating them, so they keep getting farmed out to the family.
