Evidence of Mice issues in the past?

I have been tracking down nests in my '21 XLT. I found one low in the back of the driver's seat. I vacuumed, cleaned and sprayed it with Nature's Miracle Stain & Odor Eliminator (for Dogs - Enzyme formula). They had also been using the top of the cabin filter as a dining area and toilet, $#!+ and pi$$ all over it. Today as I was continuing my search I find that they have been under the console too. Seeds started to fall out of one of the seems where the top meets the bottom as I was prying it back with my fingers. Question; How bad was the console to remove? As I said I have an XLT.

FWIW - I did put rain gutter mesh across the firewall inlets into the HVAC.

I have had them building nests multiple times in the center console. Pull the E-brake boot cover off and there is a nest. SO GROSS!!! I've tried so many things to keep them out and they really don't seem to care.

Geezuss...I never gave that a thought. Sure enough, I do not have a nest under the E-brake boot but I can see 'Black Rice' aka mouse $#!+ all over down there so I know from my experience with the cabin filter there's gotta be dried on mouse pi$$ down there too. Top picture is under the E-Brake boot, lower picture is under the console panel and to the right of the shifter assembly. The white cylinder laying in the middle of the mess is a free handout lip balm that my Dentist's office gives away, how they dragged that into the mess is beyond me ?‍ but I can stop looking for it now.

?‍ My girlfriend/significant other has Hyperosmia (The condition where a person has an abnormally heightened sense of smell). She does not want to get in the truck until this is resolved.
