Recently had to change out all the OEM lug nuts. Went for the black instead of the chrome. Here's a before and after. After a few tire rotations the OEM lugs swell these were on amazon for $30 plus $10 for instalation. Dealership quote was $150

I don't think I understand.
$150 - to do what?
To replace 2 part lugs with 1 part?
Yikes, nice work, if you can get it eh?

I wouldn't, and I also wouldn't trust that those Amazon nuts are the correct ones, either.
But they sure look nice.

Yeah that's funny lol. I had the dealership install them. They were a perfect fit and seem pretty durable with the one piece design. Here they are if any of you guys end up needing them.

I have the same wheels and a Blackout pkg, but still got chrome lug nuts, which makes no sense ? Ford , I do likey the black ones though , and probably should rotate the Ole Hankooks (16800 miles and wheels never been off) so I may just upgrade to those Amazonians...

No it was 150 to change the 2 part lugs for new 2 part lugs that were just gonna swell like the old ones in a few years. I didn't know this was a common problem untill untill I went in for an oil change and they couldn't rotate my tires so I figured I would post some info up on here about it.

Those are the same nuts I have been running with my Sport wheels for the last two years. Absolutely no issues. They have held torque just like the OEM did. And look a lot better than the chrome did.

This was one of the first things I did when I got mine. It does look a lot better. Never understood why Ford used chrome lug nuts on a truck with the black appearance package.

The bean counters strike again!!!
???

The last thing you want is to have swollen lug NUTS !!!
??????

I like the chrome lugs to contrast the black wheels but I don't have a sport package. Maybe the black/chrome contrast thing is from years of black Harleys with chrome pipes and wheels.
