They specifically called out warranty issues and costs, and then also said their OTA system for updating 'tech' is great and will help solve the issues. Laughable, my system can't update even when it can connect and check for updates. Don't think that will help tranny and AC blend motor issues which are likely 2 of the biggest cost items. They went cheap it seems and now paying the price (as we are)

I’m sure that my Ranger is responsible for at least .05% of that 18%

Haven't had any problems with my 2021....so maybe Ford will send me a reimbursement check for a "No Warranty Problem" history ???

This comes as no surprise. The drip drip of stupid problems is truly annoying.

Laughable right! My V10 is still in a shop in se Colorado for 6 weeks and no diagnosis. I believe they've given up. Just lost accelerator.

Updates are a great place to hide when a product sucks by design. Since businesses exist to make money I'm betting all of this will show up as price hikes on our end. They make cheap stuff and save money, and when that stuff falls apart they use part but not all of what they saved to "improve" something that could easily (but not as cheaply) have been built right the first time. They then sell you the better product and make money again. Meanwhile, they continue to ride their quality is job none brands into your wallet because Grandpa always drove a Ford/Chevy/Dodge. Shitty business model but seemingly common these days.

Was it a ford excursion with a v10?
