FJSteven, was that truck at San Tan Ford? I saw one there a few weeks back. My granddaughter needed service work done on her car and I went with her and walked around. That's when I saw it. The white one is gone and they have a black one and a ADD blue one there now. That white truck is what made me go back and now, I have a black 4x4 Lariat on order!

Hounddog409, You wouldn't understand... It's only a "Southern" Thang.. Kinda like sweet Tea... You northern boys wouldn't know anything about it... Bawaaaa. Just pulling your leg.

Black Widow is legit. Kinda like Roush or Shelby. Just a modified Ranger by a local "Southern" aftermarket company. You have to admit they look good, but trust me I built mine a hell of lot cheaper than they are charging for these. Although I do like the seats.

It sure was.

I got my Blue Lariat from them. Decent sale but they are not as knowledgeable as we are about the trucks.

We have a bunch of the real thing here in Colorado... they are all black with red accents.

What ham radio and where/how did you mount it? Where did you put the antenna? I have a Yaesu FTM-100/DR in my 4Runner that will be going into the Ranger. If you have any pics I'd love to see them

Here you go. Running the wires was the hardest wire run I’ve ever done. Seems to be something in the wa no matter where I tried to go.

Thanks for the pics. I really didn't want to mount the antenna to the hood. Maybe I'll build a rear rack and mount it there. I appreciate the info on how hard it was to run wires.
