Perfect Ranger Parking ?

Ok , I always go overboard when I have to park in a lot because people , in general , suck ... they just f'n suck , especially when it comes to flinging open their doors when they get to wherever the hell society allows them to go, and door check be damnned I'm here and I'm getting out now ! And !, I'm getting out fast and hard ! ...
Wifey makes fun of me but her Murrano is beat to hell with ...eh , anyway, FORCED TO PARK in a lot until 4am (or till she runs out of money ?) what to do ? Well , drop her off first so I can think in peace ?... Parking lot scan and hotel room map to the rescue , 3rd floor , odd # room (facing hillside and back lot ) has to be at least room 321 and no higher than 331 ( that puts me above where the "bikers only" park and hang sometimes)
323 was available and damn near perfect ? opened both windows and sleep ? like a baby ?...

Notice even though there is no need for the yellow line on drivers side , I stayed within it but gave anyone who dare park beside me as much room as possible ...

I always try and park way out in the far back of the lot where no one can park besides me a curb and hug the far side. Even then there's always some Yahoo will pull up close with a truck looking like Sanford & Son.

Nothing makes me cringe more than being forced to park in a lot or garage where they fit the most possible spaces in as possible. Some yahoo parked so close to my Focus one time, I ripped off the door weather stripping trying to get in. F**k!

My sister once ripped the driver's side wing mirror off of her Focus on the pillar in her underground parking; the yahoo parked next to her spot went over the line because something was dripping from the ceiling onto the far side of their spot, so instead of talking to building management and getting a new spot, they decided to encroach on her space, leaving her without enough room to pull out. Both management & the yahoo said IDGAF when she brought it up.

Funny this topic came up earlier. After work I went to volunteer for the annual O'HIlly 5K trail run in Charlottesville. Parking is always at a premium at this popular run. Got there early and got a nice big end spot. The person who parked next to me respected my space but seemed to take advantage of the extra room while staying within the lines.

I'm starting to believe that the safest place to park is right next to the shopping cart corral, since nobody returns carts anyway, and that spot is usually a little bit wider.
