There's a similar one for barking dogs. It has great reviews and I thought about getting one. I have several neighbors who leave their dogs outside day and night and they bark non stop. But like everything else here I doubt it would hold up to the sun/heat.

I bought very expensive custom made dog barking unit for neighbors dogs. I moved, that tells you all you need to know. On YouTube there is the same sound you could broadcast through a Bluetooth speaker.
It's such a problem here the city has a place to report it on their app. It is a code compliance issue and I've talked others who've had to take it farther and go to court. The judge sided with them and removed the dog from the home. Luckily after the two complaints I filed (I also had videos) they put their dogs inside. It's also a violation of HOA rules but they're useless and never did anything.

There's so many out here who just dump their dogs outside and leave them there day and night barking like crazy. I never understood why people like this get animals if you're not going to have them be part of your family. ?‍
