What a complete sh!t show this is! The ATF has flip flopped on this pistol brace ruling for months now and we have only 17 more days until MILLIONS will become potential felons. This is the updated rules from yesterday.

Looks nice. Sorta stinks these days that actually shooting them costs so much.
I'm shooting my reloads at .18cents each.........stopped at the club today and put 100rds thru it......have 300rds thru it total without any FTF/FTE/Jams.....pretty darn accurate also!

An injunction was granted today. ATF stopped from implementing the pistol brace changes for now.?

Just the changes though right? The brace rules are still in effect for the 30th so it still makes millions a felon. At least now you can just take the brace off and store it and wait for the appeals.

Correct. Won’t be a felon, yet…

This whole pistol brace thing is BS.
Thats an understatement! For 10+ years they've been legal and now they decided to change the rule when there are tens of millions of these out there? ?‍♂ This "should" be a no brainer when it goes to SCOUTUS and they've been ruling in favor of the 2A more and more lately.?

Just ridiculous! Like you said, 10+ years and NOW its an issue? C'mon Man! LOL (poke the bear!) SCOTUS should rule in favor of the American Gunowner!

The other constitutional question is can the ATF make such a rule. They are a law enforcement agency not a legislative body. Congress should be making and passing any new law. I wonder if this is part of the fight to overturn it.

If there’s no one with the power to punish the ATF for overstepping like this, who keeps them in check?

Right now, FPC is the only organization I’ve seen fighting back hard in court and completely unapologetically.

You're right they have ZERO power to make rules/laws that's up to congress. Which right now they're as useful as tits on a bull!

"keeping them in check" would be done by a Federal Court ruling overturning the rule and throwing it out. Common sense says this is a now brainer to toss this overstep out but we all know the legal system does not operate on common sense.

Oh no…..I meant punish. They aren’t likely to overturn your felony conviction if they decide next year that it’s no longer a felony. Imprison those who seek to push constitutional violations, a good start would be them spending 10 years in prison….to match the punishment you’d receive for not complying with their violation.

This drives me crazy. Any Dem official or appointee gets a free pass. DC votes 94% Dem and their juries do too.
