Congratulations! I really like my 2022 Cactus Gray XLT Tremor and I'm sure you'll really like your new Lariat Tremor. Don't feel bad about getting a 2023 with the new 2024 model coming. They no longer have a Tremor, exterior styling is questionable, the price is going up and the first specs released are wrong and the cab is virtually the same size inside. Enjoy!

we’re heading out soon for a 10:00 am flight to WA to pick up Money Pit 2.
I must have missed this in the other other thread, but 2600 miles return to buy a truck? WTF? I wasn't really looking at specifics, but I saw at least 4 brand new Rangers between the 2 lots I drove by today. Is it because you had to have a white one, or are the shortages that bad down there?

Oh, be safe and have fun and all that other business too, lol.

After a long journey it’s finally over and I’m so glad to be moving on from this mess. I’d like to thank all of you for all the wishes and support and it really did help get me through this. Also thanks to those who messaged me and those who had some VERY kind offers. Like letting me use one of their vehicles if they were closer, picking me up at the airport if I were to fly into their area for a new truck and then there’s Kent @Radioman who kindly reminds me this would’ve never happened in Payson. ?

The dealer here in Spokane Valley is Corwin Ford
and I can’t say enough good things about everyone here! My salesman was David Low who was so great to deal with. I saw the truck on their website on 4/16/23 and it said “In Transit” under it. I was in no mood for a young know it all salesman so I looked on their site under “meet our staff” and found the oldest guy in sales. lol I’ve found in the past the “older” guys usually don’t make you go through the BS and are old school and cut right to the chase. His was so true of Dave and he kept in touch with me the whole way through. While it was a way out of the way to travel up to WA it was well worth it especially after going through everything with the accident.

So know I’ll shut up and introduce you to Money Pit 2. ?

In Dave's other thread he mentioned he started calling closer to home but those dealerships were not willing to sell him a truck at MSRP without ADM - so he found the "closest" truck to him that fit his criteria and not marked up.

New truck looks great Dave.
Do be careful of the steps. They stick out and have a habit of leaving nasty marks on peoples shins.
Have a safe and enjoyable drive home.
The steps do that, however I have learned to adapt to mine. I won't take them off. Why you might ask? I have zero door dings and had several on my 2019. Those things do well protecting the doors from all but the tallest trucks. If they ram their door into those steps they will end up with the damage.
