If the bag advertised "chip's"....plural, and not "chip", than there's nothing you can complain about. After all, 3 is "chip's"..... 
Also, check the servings size....if it says one chip, and there are 3 servings per bag, you'll know that 3 chips are the correct # per bag....

If it happened on Friday or Saturday night I'd believe it, but Sunday nights are for light drinking, nobody likes bouncing around on a lawnmower hungover come Monday morning.

Longtime ago my kids came up to me one night after getting home and asked me about what I thought about no green M&M’s in a package they bought. I thought for a few and said we should write them a letter and complain that there was no green ones in the bag and that happens to be your favorite color. So they whipped out their notebooks and started writing letters! Thought to myself ahhh piece and quiet for at least an hour. Then the wife sits down and says to me, that’s a great idea you had. Teaches them many good lessons! You are sending those in and not just binning them later are you… ? Hmmm don’t need to start a war on this so ya, I’ll send them all in.
Well about 4 weeks passes and one day a big box lands on the porch. Man this is heavy, wonder what’s in it? OMG green M&M’s!!! Like 10lbs of green M&M’s ?
Now I’ve done it. Every complaint when they were kids from that day on got a letter written. Started getting expensive with the stamps! Thank god the internet and email arrived! Send them an email I said, nobody sends letters anymore ?
