They should have dirty replica's in every Ford showroom!Forget the Raptor, Ford just needs to market this thing ready to run from the showroom floor.
too bad the "average joe" like me can't get one OR will have to pay several thousand or tens of thousands of $$ over sticker when the Ranger Raptor comes to the US because it will be "sold out" for a couple years after its release......I'll keep my 2021 Ranger Lariat Tremor for now as it actually has LED headlights (no deleted like the 2022 Lariats), an engine cover (I bought it afterwards because the rush), a Ford Performance tune, hood struts......just to name a few items that make my truck awesome!!.....Ford has some great products but needs to somehow deal with greedy stealerships who add ridiculous " market adjustments"!
This thing is running on 35" tires that are about 20% wider than what comes on a stock tremor...which they can fit due the aftermarket bumper and long travel suspension kit clearly pictured here.I find it interesting that so many truck owners (including Ranger owners) install giant tires on their rigs with spacers and crazy offsets that push their wheels way out, but what they race in Baja are closer to what you get off the showroom. Just an observation.
Pretty cool they raced a mostly stock truck.

It's also a Ranger Raptor, so yes, the wheels will be wider than a standard Ranger - they are running 17-inch forged alloy wheels with 315/70 R17 BF Goodrich tires. Seperate than tire width (contact patch), most guys on the street are running ridiculous offsets to push their wheels out. Hence my point. This thing is running on 35" tires that are about 20% wider than what comes on a stock tremor...which they can fit due the aftermarket bumper and long travel suspension kit clearly pictured here.
Most folks aren't coming even close to the tire size and stance they gave this raptor.
Not sure if this is well known, but all the different classes start at different times so by the time this class starts (one vehicle), it was LONG after the bikes and trophy trucks have started.Regrdless I'm impressed, even though the winning truck overall was 10hours faster to finish.
It still finished... even if its almost like the Special Olympics time wise.
I bet if I dissected the results even further, Margaret, on her way to pick the kids up from soccer practice in the Dodge Caravan....probably finished 20th overall and crossed the finish line with 2 flats and a torn off heat shield.
last i checked its running method race wheels so not oem... so it will have an offset to itIt's also a Ranger Raptor, so yes, the wheels will be wider than a standard Ranger - they are running 17-inch forged alloy wheels with 315/70 R17 BF Goodrich tires.
