Didn't see many forged green metallic Rangers around, just picked up this 22' XLT FX4 for a great deal. Lot's of great posts on this forum to read, looking forward to start spending money on stuff I don't need.

Very nice truck!
Enjoy it.
DON"T believe anything you read here.

Man that Ranger! Kinda jelly over here. Don’t listen to these skinflints that have a damper complex. See that’s how the spending starts. It’s slow and it’s insidious but…. What a rush!

Looks good! I'm really diggin' the green. Definitely a less seen color.

First thing I got for my 2019 XLT a couple years ago was new LED headlight & fog light bulbs. I just couldn't wrap my head around why Ford put such awful yellow halogens in the headlights (both high and low beam). They looked awful. I put in nice bright white LEDs within the first week and nights always looked so much better.

some will say shocks but that because they don't like the FX4 shocks.
I didn't like my XLT shocks. One of my first mods. That green is awesome. Real men know a good mod when they see one, IE: tailgate damper. Love it. And a cheap mod too.

Appreciate all of the welcomes. Not sure all the drama on the tailgate damper though lol. Some things on the to-do list certainly not all inclusive:

Probably a rhino liner and a mat first so I can use it properly
Need a bed rack of some sort, still reading up on those (mainly for hauling)
Going to attempt to modify a soft roll up tonneau to work with the rack (Gator ETX maybe)
Ditch halogens for sure at some point
level/small lift and 33's would be nice but ill probably wear out the OEM tires first
Saw someone's dash cell phone mount that looked great
a console tray so i dont have to drop everything into the abyss of a center console
Aux lighting, lightforce panel looks nice

Welcome to the forum; love that color.

A few things to know with a brand new one.

Your transmission may or may not be semi retarded until 5k miles. That is normal.

Forscan is awesome. Bambie mode, brake bleed stuff, etc.

You are going to upset half of the forum depending on your purchase or lack of the tailgate damper.

Let me know if you get sounds like you are being chased by a flock of birds when you brake. Super easy fix (or two fixes in my case)
