You guys got me thinking. Why do cars/trucks have carpet anyway!? It's not like anyone rolls around on the floor!

I have WeatherTech liners. Mine don’t fit quite right either. Stock carpet mats are stored in a tub with rear sear bottoms and head rests. My passenger side liner came with some hard plastic stick on gripper that marginally works to keep it in place. Trucks have carpet now because mostly they are used as cars. Mine’s a truck, otherwise I’d buy something else.

For the first time in a long time, I bought Husky brand mats for my new Ranger (basically a knock-off of a Weatherech Mat). My wife is also small (100lbs/5'0") and the passenger side seems to stay put for her so far.

I think I would probably try what nevada.tracy did with some genuine 3M industrial grade hook side Velcro. Should only take a couple of small pieces on the seat end of the mat to do the trick.

yes, husky xact contour ftw. been in my raptor for 9+ years, no floor hooks on the passenger side, and they stay put. have them ready to go into my ranger the minute it hits my driveway. someday......

I had the Weather-tech mats in my previous vehicle, but opted this time for the Husky brand. I've noticed the husky brand is a bit softer and fits better on the passenger side. But it is "to each their own" I guess.

I ordered a 2022 Lariat Tremor in the middle of May. I subsequently found a Ranger that worked for me online at a dealer a few hundred miles away from me and went and bought it. I then cancelled my order for the Tremor with my dealer, who kept the order active so they can have the inventory when it comes in, hence from Ford's perspective I am still in the queue.

I just got an update email from Ford that the truck I ordered is not yet scheduled because supply chain issues persist, so they committed to me that I would get an update every 45 days, until it got scheduled.

I heard a stat yesterday that GM had like 95,000 vehicles sitting partially completed due to supply chain shortages. Wow.

Kind of glad I grabbed the one I could. Good luck on getting yours soon.

Newer model truck don't have the passenger side buttons anymore.
My 2019 Ranger had them...the 2021 does not.

That said, my WeatherTech floor mats fit perfectly and don't slide around.

I wish … unfortunately they are just slip n slide plastic on the bottom with no FORD made hooks / snaps on passenger ??

The backseat is amazing though .. one piece for the whole back and the middle hump but man that passenger one kills.

I even took them out today and hand washed them with soap and water. Spray smell good on the carpet. Used the back to black and let the inside air out the smell and the WeatherTech outside in sun for an hour … still slides a little ??????

Yes, I know that. Which is why Weathertech ships with these things...

At least they did on both my vehicles that needed them, Ranger included.

Did not come with those from the factory ? mine came from FORD, as the custom part of Roush but damn that would be nice to have right now … wonder where I can get those locally ???

Call WeatherTech or visit one of their stores if you have one nearby. As long as your passenger mat has the holes for the buttons they should work.

Yeah they have the red holes. But nothing like the grapplers came with it ??

Yes they do say ROUSH and all on the side and not “WeatherTech “.. but are the exact liners you have pic showing earlier. Exact same ones !!! Same on the bottom and everything.
