It was released for shipping on the 14th. Still at the assembly plant.

Where are you guys getting this tracking information. My dealer acts like they don’t have a clue where my truck is or when it will arrive. Very frustrated.

It's been 8 weeks and no VIN. Everytime I ask the dealership I get the run around. They start talking about how I shouldnt expect the truck to arrive for a few more weeks which I understood from the beginning. However, I literally only ask about the VIN not the delivery date. Is there another way to get the VIN? I just want to track my trucks progress. I would understand if they just said there wasnt a VIN yet, but they act like I'm talking about receiving the truck. Is it possible I'm asking the wrong question?

Yes, While at the dealer in a really loud voice ask them why they can't provide the information you are asking about. Tell them they have access to it and should provide it. Then explain you will take your business elsewhere if they can't treat you like the paying customer that you are.

You are the customer and you should be able to get the information on your truck.

When I asked my sales man I got a deer in the headlight looks....sales manger then printed it out and handed it to me. . . Sales man I did not know we could get the VIN. . , and that was about 3 weeks after I ordered it.

My dealer has kept me informed the whole way. I’m about a week from delivery which is right on target for the tracker and his original estimate.

You might try Ford Marketing at 18003344375. They'll need at least your order number and dealer. Maybe some additional info...can't remember when I called for my VIN back in December.

Does anyone have any info on detailed tracking of the trucks? My tracking says production was finished on 5/2 and it is still awaiting shipment. Little over two weeks of waiting now, what gives haha. Trying to patiently wait. VIN: 1FTER4FHXKLA44685
