These are very good, with a ABV of 9.5% the citrus taste covers the hard alcohol taste ,2 of these is equal to 4 of a normal lager of 4-5 % enjoy with caution lol.

9.5%.webp

Don't take this the wrong way, not trying to offend but may come across that way... it's the Friday drunk thread after all. If you have to cover the taste with citrus, isn't that like putting lipstick on a pig?

Not at all (taking it the wrong way) just kinda passing on a taste review, i guess, normally drinking most beers in the 4-6% abv the raw alcohol is not distinguishable but when you get up to 9 or even 11% ABV such as Troegs Mad Elf the taste of the pure alcohol is predominate, most beer drinkers are not drinking above the 6% level, so i was just passing on a personal taste expectation and i am not a hard alky drinker so when i have a beer that is above the normal average Abv my taste buds notice and pick upon it.

I have celiac disease so most alcohol is off the list as well as most bar food, but I did enjoy watching it snow outside reading a book. Does drunk on life count?
Yes. Yes it does.:like:
