Just curious on what you supercab owners are doing for storage considering our trucks are limited in cab space. I’ve seen some rear seat deletes and wooden platforms installed and I think I’m leaning towards that for my pups. Any pictures of your setup would be much appreciated

Whipped up a simple rear seat platform for my dogs. Low profile and bolt on without any permanent modifications to the truck.

I used 1x1x.05" wall aluminum tubing, .25" thick HDPE and some stainless hinges so I can at my stuff under the seats. I finished it off with stainless hardware and 3d printed end caps for the tubes.

Disregard the dog hair, it has become an ingredient of every aspect of my life....

I tried something like that for my doggo, opened up the rear door to let him jump in and he somehow landed in the passenger seat , then looked at me , then looked in the back where I was pointing , then looked back at me like " who sits back there ? Not me I assure you !"... its for groceries now...

Nice looking welds. I've never welded aluminum but will try it this year (lol, been hobby welding for 20 years but always scared of aluminum).

Also, really nice dog space, I'd like to build the same for our tiny terror!

Nice workmanship ! Looks pretty "factory".

I haul my 70 pound GWP around in the back seat, bought a seat cover from Amazon to protect it.
Don't think I'd do a seat delete though as a few times a year a person needs to sit back there.
I just have to unsnap the hair infested seat cover before they'll consider sitting down though.

I hope to get a topper for the bed this summer, then the dog can stay back there when the temps aren't extreme.

i would never attempt it cuz i generally suck at stuff like that, but there is a technical school where i live. maybe if i showed them what you built i could pay one of the aspiring young go-getters to make one for me. always looking to do my part for tomorrows leaders

I ran across this rear seat delete the other day from company I had never heard of before, Goose Gear. It is pretty slick, but they don’t do Rangers.

This is the Access Cab version.

If I remember correctly they're working on one for the quad cab ranger. Nobody that i'm aware of is making them for the SCAB.
