Hello Folks, My name is John and I'm from Alberta (Edmonton). A couple days ago I joined the ranks of the hurry up and wait club.Dealer is saying 8 to 12 weeks. To be honest I was always a ranger fan but not so much of a ecoboost. But $1.43 at the pumps kind of swayed me to rethink the coyote. Time to let someone else enjoy that, while I enjoy my 22 XLT RaceRed Supercab with 302a/tech and tow packages.
Throw a tune on that little 2.3… she will scream.

Welcome to the looney bin, Steve! This was my favorite Ranger project yet. You have excellent taste! Looks like it should’ve came this way from the factory!
Well, I will fit right in. Hahaha Thanks for making this Ranger owner very Happy!

Congrats! Can you tell us just exactly what the 302a has as far as mirrors and seats? A lot of speculation out there on what the 2022 302a’s are actually being built with. Thanks
Manual fold, power adjustable mirrors. I can't remember for sure, but I don't think the mirrors are heated either.

The seats are the premium cloth, heated front seats, 8 way power adjustable front seats.

Thanks! I thought the mirrors were heated per what’s advertised.

Hi everyone, I’m new here and waiting for my 2022 Carbonized Gray Lariat Tremor. I didn’t order it directly from Ford, but my local dealer had a few Rangers in transit and I put down some money on the Lariat Tremor. The ETA keeps changing and I’m not sure when it will show up, so here I sit waiting and reading the forums!

I had an 05 F150 as my daily driver and an 06 Wrangler Rubicon as my off road toy. I can’t believe what I just sold those for - used car prices are insane. Thankfully, my dealer isn’t marking up the Ranger over MSRP and I’m happy to have a nice size down payment for it.

So I’m stuck with my kids’ 07 Escape until the Ranger gets here or the occasional use of my husband’s 21 Hybrid F150. ?
Welcome aboard!

Been lurking here and for a few weeks to gain knowledge in whether or not to purchase a Ranger. There is SOOOOOOOOO much info here, it's crazy...in a good way. I mean, I bet there's someone that started a feed on how they can install their new expresso machine :giggle:

I've already ordered the above a few weeks ago, and received my confirm email. I also have finally come out of the woodwork to introduce myself on other threads without realizing...."hey, there's a thread to introduce yourself"

So.....here it goes.....
Hello everyone, my name is Alex, and I'm a Ranger-holic! My wallet is hidden for now until I actually get confirmation it is ACTUALLY being shipped. Until then I will live vicariously through you guys. Last Ford I owned was a '91 ESCORT GT

After owning a few Fords and GM's back then, and having nothing but problems with them, I mainly owned Japanese manufactured vehicles for the last 20 years. I had very little issue with any of them. Not trying to bash, just my experience.

So after owning all these vehicles, I finally wanted a nice sturdy truck. But the F-150's seemed too big for what I needed, and the "mid-size" now, is what a "full size" used to be back in the day. Was seriously looking at the new Frontier, but decided to go back and try Ford out. I don't need all the bells and whistles like our previous vehicles had. Just a good 'ol pickem up truck! I'm no mechanic, but an excellent parts changer ? and seeing the things people are doing here, makes me feel confident I can tackle some of these projects on my own...hopefully?
No need to hide that wallet - with the wait times over the past year, most of us had a garage full of accessories and mods waiting when the truck came home. Sorta like when you're going to have a baby - you fill the house with all the stuff long before it actually arrives!

You just gave me an idea… maybe I can get family members to give me a Ranger shower

Where does it end? Next we'll have anniversaries, birthday parties and even a bar mitzvah??

Thanks! I thought the mirrors were heated per what’s advertised.
I haven’t had an opportunity to try them out yet, but my Escape has them and has a symbol on the mirror indicating that. My Ranger does not. ?‍♂

Hi, Steve here from Arkansas. Did a little transformation of the 2019 XLT Ranger today. I think it turned out perfect.

Totally different truck, it looked good before and now looks great!

Yes. They do. And I was mistaken on there being a logo on the heated mirrors on my Escape. I’ve found everything else to be true about the 302A package as advertised. I haven’t had snow or ice yet so I haven’t been able to test it.
