Wanted to see if anyone could help out or help me troubleshoot what's going on with my TPMS.

After around 20 minutes of driving my tire pressure sensor light Will go on. When I leave it parked in my driveway overnight I can log right in when I start it and see my tire pressures and it seems to be relatively accurate to what it is with a handheld unit.

I installed aftermarket tires and wheels, so I installed aftermarket TPMS sensors. I'd have to look back at which ones I installed.

Is there any way to make the truck "learn" the tpms or did the shop I had it done at just set them up wrong?

I'm having the same issue on one, sometimes two of the sensors...I think this is due to the internal batteries starting to die out? These TPMS have 80K miles on them...

there is a learning procedure with a tool, and many guys claim its not needed.
but in retrospect of aftermarket units, perhaps it would be the key to success.
As Sid said, it could be a battery issue, but still not an easy fix as you have to remove the tire from the rim and fix the problem one way or another.
can you readily identify one sensor as the culprit?
As of right now, I'll have all 4 tires read say 32 psi at startup then 20 minutes into a drive all four will show blank

Question...are there 4 other tpms sensors near where you park?
Im trying to determine if the ones on your truck aren't actively connected to the module that reads them and a set of spares, or another vehicle parked close to you are. Be one odd situation, but entirely possible
My Ranger is parked just a few feet away from another set of wheels with OE Ranger sensors, and my spare tire, under the Ranger, also has an OE TPMS sensor installed. None of these other sensors interfere with the ones in my four driving wheels. Same applies to the Toyota that shares the garage, the Honda in the driveway, and the last four cars we’ve had. Not once have I seen extra wheels, or cars parked nearby, interfere with the operational sensors in any car.

Compared physical readings on cold tires with a pressure gauge to TPMS readings on instrument panel and Ford Pass (both of these read the same as I expected).

Tire pressure readings on cold tires with a pressure gauge...

LF 34 RF 34
LR 34.5 RR 34

TPMS (which are Ford OEM) reading...

My stock tires are in the shed roughly 60 ft away?

I guess I'm just going to have to take them off the wheel and have them looked at. That's annoying.

Before you pull anything off, go on Amazon, buy the genuine ford training tool (it’s about $15us from memory), follow the stupidly easy instructions and relearn the sensors. Then you have the tool for when you rotate tires anyway, win-win.

I’ve had a few different issues with the TPMS system and every time (bar one), I’ve pulled the tool out from the glove box, followed a three min procedure (after driving for 20 mins or so) and bang, fixed.

Can I bother you for a link? The ones I'm seeing all have pretty mixed reviews.

If your owners manual is available, look up info on page 308 or so for information pertaining to the tpms system on our trucks, it mentions warning lights if the sensors malfunction, this may be of help.

I didn't install aftermarket tires and wheels, so I installed aftermarket TPMS sensors. I'd have to look back at which ones I installed.
Why did you install new TPMS sensors?

It's either the sensors or more likely the batteries in the sensors. I'd try putting the factory sensors back in.

selling the stock wheels with existing TPMS - they're the sport wheels

new wheels/tires didn't come with them
