KNOCKOFF Ford Ranger Raptor Grille

Did I miss it or has someone done a how to install this grill?

Service Manual 501-08. @j0shm1lls posted a video for the OEM removal/install, but he went a few steps beyond what was needed. Maybe you do want to do it that way because some of the clips are harder to get to and a pain to release.

The basics are covered in the stickied thread that covers the "Official" grill. As far as I can tell, it seems like the removal and installation can be done in about 2 to 2.5 hours for even the most novice among us. Just need to make sure that you have a plastic removal kit from Amazon and the appropriate size wrench, which I believe is 10mm.

The trimming of the edges of the OEM Raptor grille is not necessary on the KO Raptor grille as it is designed to fit the New Ranger.

Exactly. I knew that, so if that's all the difference, then the removal portion of the video should be golden.

Yes, removal process does not change.

I dropped my grill off at a body shop today to get the perimeter and letters painted Magnetic to match my sport package trim color.

Hey Tom, followed your lead and dropped my KO grille at my local body shop for a "Magnetic" paint job. (Also asked them to spray my AVS bug deflector while they had the J7 paint out.)

One thing I'm gonna do differently is NOT paint the FORD letters. I'll keep those black, to allow a subtle separation in color/tone. Something like this:

Josh has a YouTube video of how to remove the stock grill. That’s the only “hard” part. There is also a picture earlier in this thread that shows where to install the clips that come with the new grill. Follow the first half of Joshs video and the rest is self explanatory. Should take no more than an hour.
