I disabled factory DSP and enabled the line outs so the amp would be getting an un-amplified, clean signal from the head unit. Let the amp do the work instead of the head unit. I cut the RCA connectors off the amp wiring harness and wired them up with the for-11ck adapter off Amazon.

I have another question. I replaced the speakers in my rear doors on my crew cab today and there is a Delphi resistor thingy on both doors near the top, plugged into the wiring. Is that part of the audio, or is it for something else?

I haven't seen those, but they're probably a small high-pass filter to stop low frequencies from distoring on the cheapo factory speakers.

Here it is. Must not be for the radio. I unplugged it and the speaker was still putting out sound

So the speaker pops are coming from the ford pass modem?? I have the Alpine installed in mine currently and I get random speaker pops when the truck is completely off. Like when you open a door or even when all the doors are shut and truck is off you will hear it pop once or twice shortly after powering the truck down. Ive tried all the forscan remedies and even ran a dedicated remote turn on wire and I still get the speaker pop. I actually bought a kicker key to replace the alpine (not installed yet) just in the hopes it would eliminate my speaker pops. They drive me insane. You can't wash, or work on the truck without disconnecting the amp unless you want to hear random pops every 5 minutes.
I'm having the same problem with LC2i Pro...
