Hi all
I just installed a Prinsu roof rack and I need to reinstall the roof rails that have been cut. The existing adhesive tape looked about a 16th or eight thick.

. Anyone have any idea what kind of adhesive tape I can use to reinstall the trim

3M UHB or VHB tape (the black tape with the red peelaway strip) and get the adhesion promoter that goes with it too....it comes in either a wipe or a little cardboard tube with a glass vial inside that you break to activate. Clean the area with alcohol, wipe on the adhesion promoter, let it dry, apply the tape and viola. Make sure the 2 parts are FIRMLY pressed together. You can also get the promoter in other forms, but unless you're using a LOT of the tape, either of the 2 choices should suffice.
