So the last time I tried to kill the wind noise left behind from my seat delete, I overdid it with lots of acoustic foam around the vents. It worked, but my ears would feel the pressure whenever I turned the fan to max. Def not safe!! Should I have had an airbag deploy, I'd have no eardrums left.

So out went the acoustic foam and in went some kilmat. Haven't driven it yet, but my ears say the hvac flowing freely now. The blue foam mat seems to be the biggest help in killing wind noise and there's enough of an air gap around it that the vents seem to work as intended.

Where did you get the foam panel from?

Had to go a little bit different route with the camping mat because of the center rear seat belt and amp mounts. There's enough gaps around the mats that the pressure is not too high when closing the doors. I'll find out tomorrow how much of an improvement this had made.

Side note for the foam pad on the passenger side. Down at the bottom where the bracket is for the jack probably needs to be notched as well. With it stuffed behind that bracket it makes it extremely challenging to get the retainer screw for the jack started.

Other than that doing this did make a significant difference in the level of road/wind noise at freeway speeds.

Next up are the doors.

The doors were hands down, the biggest game changer for me. I'm surprised at how different the s-cab and s-crew are behind the rear seats! My blue pad is just a straight rectangle and is held up by the stock seat hooks. Nice work though, I'm glad it made a difference!

Yeah, there's the jack mount bracket, center seat belt assembly, WiFi module antenna, and mounting brackets for the B&O sub and amp to contend with. Had to work around all that and probably could have covered more of the back panel with the deadning mat. I stopped applying it when the sound went from a hollow thud to a deep thunk when knocking on the panel with a knuckle.
