Has anyone added factory heated seats to a Ranger that didn’t come with them?

I’ve been wanting heated seats for a while now but I haven’t been able to find what parts I need to get it done. I’ve been looking through threads and groups and I can’t find anyone that’s done it. I’m assuming it’s more than just the pads and the FCIM. I’m assuming I’d need Forescan to enable it in the settings and on screen. Could anyone help me figure it out? I appreciate it!

Do you honestly need it to be integrated? We've got a pair that we just strap over the seats in the winter and plug them. FAR cheaper than the OEM setup and all it required just to get it included and they work great.

A factory set up will probably cost you a arm, and a leg for the labor alone. You will need the elements, wiring, switches, and maybe even a new facia section of the center stack where the switches go. That's just a big ol' guess though. I had a local shop add them to an F-150, and they did a great job. The switches were placed in the plastic panel on the outside of the front seats. They worked just fine.
