I have the same bumper. I get complements all of the time how good it looks. Get ready for the same because it does look awesome.
I have a question for you. With the full light bar, how are you going to get to the winch clutch and power switch? I put a short light bar in so I could reach them.

I do not have access to the clutch, will have to rely on the wireless controller for the unspooling. This weekend Im going to see if there is a way I can remedy that part at least maybe through the top of the engine. Power switch I can reach through the grill.

I had to cut off a small section to get the power box mounted in it's factory spot on the winch. Did you have any clearance issues? It was not much, less than 1/4" deep and maybe 3/4" long.

Not that I know of. I had a place local to me install everything.

Got the switchback's installed and got driver side Fia seat cover on.

You may remember my whining about Bluto sized hands and arms in a space that Olive Oyl size was required (should be easy work for all you damper people :lipssealed:) Here's a pic of how I got it done:

White Arrow - unplug unit from headlight housing; Yellow arrow - remove hi beam dust cover; Red arrow - used a 6" cresent wrench, spanned fully open; to lay on the bulb housing 8-2 positions and get enough hand/finger purchase to twist bulb out. Was able to use fingers to tighten back in. You may (probably) have to gently press filler tube towards air box in case your forearms are Popeye sized too!!:giggle:

Back seat should be here soon.

After removing the factory downpipe and and exhaust and installing the SPD, my hands and forearms looked like I got in a fight with a bob cat. Trying to get my hands and arms in between all of the hoses, tubes, and plumbing in the engine bay was rough on them. Good thing my wife did not come up missing, the police would have had questions of me.

Partially installed a Gibson exhaust. Pretty easy job even without a lift. had to add exhaust paste after the muffler because it leaked. Design flaw IMO. The muffler should fit over the pipe not the other way around. The reason for the partial install is one of the clamps was crushed during shipping.

Only had time for a cold start, seems like a pretty mild sound level. It's okay with me, I didn't want it too loud because I plan to pull a camper on a few long trips. Will update with driving thoughts later on.

Update: It's pretty quiet. I could tell no difference on the highway and could just barely hear it around town. Its a pretty windy day so wind noise is high though. Ill give it a chance to burn in but it seems too quiet. I'll have to have my wife do a drive by so I can hear it from the outside.
