I highly recommend you get Tow Package and Locking rear diff as a stand alone option. In the long run, they are moderatly priced, but really enhance the trucks capability. Your dollars though,, enjoy!

Thanks Chris, I had that in the back of my mind. Your right, it's not a bad price for the wiring and hitch.

I really wanted the Lightning Blue, but because I was going to have to store my truck out in the driveway (my wife wasn't about to give up her garage spot, and my Mustang doesn't sleep outdoors!) I went with Magnetic Gray. It's a nice looking color and it helps hide the dirt! It's not as pretty as that blue though.

I'm holding out for the 2021s. Lightning Blue is discontinued and replaced with Velocity blue, a shade or two lighter and less intense, IMO. Saber goes away and Cyber Orange, Cactus Grey and Carbonized Grey (also '21 Bronco colors) debut. Kinda leaning toward the Cactus Grey, which looks more like a dusty mint green. Last day for 2020 Ranger Orders is this Friday, Sep. 4: 2021 orders start on the 14th; Job 1 rolls December 14th.

Tim, just the approx. 6 mile test drive of one on the lot told me I'mma gonna like it. I knew the route I wanted to go, and it had interstate, rural, and a pot holed road to get a good feel for the truck. Rides, and drives great. Quiet as a tomb inside.

I was shopping hard for the exact spec truck I wanted; 4-door STX FX4 in Lightning Blue or Magnetic Gray. It seemed like a rare truck to find at the dealership, but I found one in blue local exactly like that. It looked really good but the dealer wouldn't play on the pricing AT ALL. I ended up in a slightly used XLT FX4 and it turned out to be an awesome value and I like some of the extra features it has.
