That's my feeling too Bryan,a 22 is better than nothing. Besides that I think most of these micro 9mm are way to snappy and you tend to lose your site picture on them because they're so small. I just feel that if you're going to pocket carry why not something comfortable and lightweight,the Ruger only weighs 11.2 oz.My FIL has always said, and has reinforced it over the years, carrying a .22 is still better than carrying nothing. And like you mention, Dave, they can be very effective if you know what you're doing. I wouldn't have any problem carrying a .22 with hollow-points, especially with 10 rnds or more.
Lol...I've had my share tell me that a 9mm was to small to carry.A 22?
People think I'm nuts when I carry my Tomcat 32 and not my 9mm's!![]()
