You should have, or will, get a message of your own through your FordPass app. Might be easier to view it that way.

Thanks for the help...I did not realize others would not be able access. I might add that Ford was not forced to respond like our President had to force GM under the War Powers Act. Ford did this voluntarily. I have seen where the National Government has to pay GM, but have not seen where Ford or the Ford Foundation sought any $.

Please don't spread incorrect and unfair stories. GM was working on ventilators on their own. All the president did was cause a stink to get press. If you've been in the business you know you don't "just make" a complex product. GM knows that and was working with suppliers to create inventories of parts which didn't exist. The president either doesn't know or doesn't care how things get made in the real world and complained that GM wasn't moving "fast enough". I encourage you to look into what GM was doing prior to March 27, and also how the president didn't do anything other than tweet on that date. Specifically, he did not actually make use of the defense production act. More than a week after the presidents tweeting the government finally put in an order for what GM had already said they could produce. Ford and GM are both companies made up of patriotic Americans and it is disgraceful to denigrate the contributions that either has made in these challenging times.
