Once it got below 40 degrees outside it wouldn't start. I'd hit the button and get 5 or 6 different error messages on the dash like service steering, ABS fault, park aid malfunction ect.
First thing my dealership tried was a new body control module. No luck. After spending the next 6 weeks or so diagnosing back and forth with Ford they decided the main wiring harness behind the dash was bad.
I believe this was in early December when they ordered it and found out it was on backorder. I don't get how Ford can leave a customer high and dry for months without their vehicle. What's so hard about grabbing one off of the assembly line?
Yeah , that’s bad. Should have gave you a new truck, lemon law

Looks good!

I wish I could wash my truck but it would be futile right now. We are about halfway through pollen season so it would be coated again in less than an hour. I've lived here 12 years now and am amazed every year. I've never seen anything like it until we moved here.
It seems like we have a lot more pollen now than when I was growing up here. When it comes to color, you can have anything you want so long as it's yellow!

Yah, mine was coated in pollen too and starting tomorrow it's supposed to start raining again...such is the weather here.

Thought I'd try something new. Took a drill to the roof, installed a set of euro spec Wildtrak roof rails.

Ordered the DEE ZEE bed mat. Waiting on Hypertech speedo calibrator to get here from Stage3Motorsports scheduled to arrive today. Started the ADD front bumper mount process by removing all of the old bumper and pieces. The winch should be here tomorrow and I will finish the job. Pulled the factory fog light wiring harness in hopes to use it on some aftermarket LED lights. My dog likes to help.

Only issue was the winch plate mounting holes. The inner factory hole on the frame is big enough for the bolt. The outside I had to drill out. No big deal just a step not mentioned in the directions. Cleaned it up then hit it with some paint. Not too concerned with the crappy touch up. It will be hidden anyway.

Drained some oil out of the pan because I'm an idiot and overfilled it. At least I got to try out my Fumoto valve. Pretty slick and correcting my dumb dumb was immensely easier.

I cancelled my taillight recall inspection appointment which was to be on Thursday. I doubt I have the issue, did the self wiggle check, but didn't believe they could "emergency" order repair parts in a timely fashion in case it failed. Primarily I didn't really want to sit in a waiting room at this time. I'll redo the appointment in a couple weeks.

Rotated tires and retrained the wheels. Had a training tool already; nice they’re still used 10 years later!

Got my Zone Offroad leveling kit installed.

The Zone kit is basically the BDS kit without the rear shocks (BDS owns Zone).

My Shrockworks sliders are finally on there too.

Finished the bumper install.
Not too pleased with a few fit and finish items for the cost. Going to email the company tomorrow and see what they have to say before I bash them on an open forum. The blimish in the photo is not one of them. That was self inflicted and touch up by me.
