That's the problem today...many are NOT worth any salt or pepper for that matter.

I know several mechanics that worked for stealerships and independents. After so many years of getting shafted in pay, most decide to try it out on their own, or just change careers altogether. After investing in tools, scanners, update training, and getting screwed by owners on pay and hours...I don't blame them.
