What's this symbol on nav?

That has to be it! I frequently turn off mobile data. I'll try this later.

So on the way home today I turned on nav to go Home. I had my phone's data turned off. Up to about half way the wierd cloud symbol was off. When it appeared, I turned phone data on. Within a few seconds it went off. So I am guessing that phone data is not always required, but nav occasionally needs data for some reason, like maybe traffic info. And if it can't connect the stupid little crossed out cloud pops up.
