I get into the truck with the engine off. The dome lights (both) come on. I start the engine. Both lights fade out and then the passenger side comes on and stays on. It will not ever go off unless I reach up and move the rocker switch off the center position. It doesn't matter what direction I move the switch. If I move the switch to any position and back to center position, the light goes out and stays out. If I get out of the truck with the engine running, close the door and then get back in, the dome lights come on, then both fade out as they should. This is a stupid, little problem, but it's a bit of a pain because I have to reach up and manually shut the passenger dome light off, every single time I get in and start the engine. Again, it's only on the passenger side. I mean, WTF? Note that when I shut the engine off, get out and close the door, the lights both fade out as they should. It does not stay on overnight, or anything like that.

The map lights also work individually. Press directly on the light to turn only that light on or off.

It sounds like the (Pass) Light/Switch is sticking - Try Cycling it.
As stated, each Light is also a switch - Press on the actual light
as noted here

Amazing. I pushed on the passenger light once, and now there is no problem. I don't know that I would have ever figured that out myself. I can guess how it got that way, though. My wife has dementia, so it would have been logical in her mind to press the actual light. It certainly wouldn't have made sense to me. Thanks!
