Has anyone heard that when you level the suspension you get a vibration because the rear end is not lined up with the drive shaft?

Yup. Very common and a lot of posts and threads on here about that. I started having highway vibrations after level. You can try adding shims to the center carrier, that should help your situation. For me, I am getting a one piece driveshaft installed tomorrow.

Go to Harbor Freight and get these shims: https://www.harborfreight.com/144-piece-body-shim-assortment-67585.html?_br_psugg_q=shims

Start with one 1/8" on each side and increase until vibrations stop.

You can also see if the dealer will perform the TSB on your truck.

So if I only do the front suspension level it should not affect the center carrier?

God forbid if the rear suspension goes up and down while you're driving...let alone loading anything in your bed...your drive shaft angle will be messed up...that's not what a truck is designed to do folks... ?
