Verifying bolt pattern

So it appears the Ranger lug pattern is not the same as the newer F-150’s. But am I correct in saying it is the same as the newer Toyota Tacomas? All listing for wheels for the Toyotas on Tirerack states 6 on 139 as opposed to 139.7. Anyone shed some light?

6x139.7 or 6x5.5" same thing.
